update and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (In MSP 2010) based on
standard industry guidelines against data provided by the project team and
participating subcontractors. ·

key variances on the project progress against approved baseline and
communicate the project performance and status information on scope,
schedule, cost, quality, resources and risks in the form of monthly/bi-weekly
reports to stakeholders. ·
Provide
critical path analysis, S-curves, trend forecasts up to 3 week look ahead,
estimate at completion and support to detailed cost and schedule reviews. ·
